Villa Verdera, Ibiza
Villa Verdera is an Ibiza- style house located 4km from the village of San Jose, 6.5km from Cala Jondal and Sa Caleta. It has amazing views of the mountains and the sea.
There is a main house and annex.
Main House: Ground floor has a Living room with fireplace, Kitchen-dining room, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom.
Upstairs there is 1 double bedroom 1 single bedroom and a bathroom.
The Annex, has a lounge with open plan kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Outside there is an infinity pool with sunbeds and parasols and a barbecue with dining table for alfresco dining.
There is air conditioning throughout.

- Security deposit on the villa. 7 days prior to your arrival, we require credit card details to be used for any charges, this is authorised prior to your arrival at the home and refunded after your departure, if there is no damage.
- Any damage costs will be detailed and agreed before being charged. The amount held for this villa is 1200 Euros.
- Ibiza have a local tax of Euro 2.20 per night for all visitors over 16 years. We will calculate and add to your final balance.
