VILLA ROQUEZ - SAN AGUSTIN AREA
Villa Roquez has some of the best views of any house on the island, perfect location for terrific sunset vistas. Set in an area of 30,000 m2, it is completely private. It is 3 kms from the main road along a dirt track. It has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can sleep a total of 12 guests.
On the ground floor there is a large split level lounge, well equipped kitchen with dining room and a laundry room. Also on this level is a good sized family room with four beds and a bathroom.On the other side of this impressive villa there are three more double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The upper level houses the master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom where you can soak in the bathtub and look out to sea.
Outside area has a Balinese Bed, a fountain and Arabica area for relaxing and taking in the breathtaking views. There is a dining table for alfresco dining.
The pool area is simply gorgeous with lush green lawns and mature trees and a furnished terrace.
Approximately 10 minute drive from popular San Agustin and not too far from San Antionio
