Villa Petru is in a fabulous located close to San Agustin, San Jose & San Antonio. The beaches of Cala Bassa, Cala Conta, Port d'Es Torrent are within 10 minutes drive.
The house has been recently refurbished. It has 4 double bedrooms and one single bed, 4 bathrooms, a large living area with dining area overlooking the pool. A separate modern kitchen has all the modern conveniences needed to make your stay as hassle free as possible. The upper room has a separate entrance. The master bedroom has a separate entrance as well from the garden, it has a small stereo.
Air conditioning in all rooms except at the upper one. The staircase has a child gate.
Outside the area has a large terrace with private pool surrounded by palm trees, a custom made BBQ area, dining table and chill out area.

- In 2016 the Balearic Government introduced an Eco Tax of 2.20 Euros per person per night for anyone 16 and over. This will be calculated and charged with your final payment.
