Authentic house built in 1856 and reburbished in 2016. It is in 6000m2 of land completely fenced in. It is located in the Cala Llonga (Santa Eulalia del Rio) a great beach location popular with families & couples.
The house has 450m2 and is distributed on 2 floors as follows: It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms .
⁃ Ground floor: Hall, living room with satellite TV with large sofa and exit to the porch, to the pool, garden and BBQ area. Large independent kitchen, fully equipped, with table for 8 guests and with exit to the outside. 1 bedroom with double bed. 1 full bathroom with shower and laundry (washer and dryer)
⁃ Upper floor: Up the stairs we find a pleasant living room with large windows taking advantage of the views of the countryside, the pool and the land of the estate. Equipped with sofa, fireplace and library. 1 master bedroom (with 2x2 bed) with en-suite bathroom and large terrace. 1 double bedroom with balcony and fabulous views of the countryside and mountains. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds overlooking the countryside. 1 full bathroom with tub / shower. All rooms and the lounge on the upper floor are air-conditioned.
In the exterior of the house we have the garden with natural grass and saltwater pool, with hammocks and covered pergola for relaxation. A pergola equipped with BBQ, refrigerator and a table for 12 people. The back of the house has fruit trees and a play area with a trampoline, play house and a sandpit for the little ones.
This house is the ideal accommodation to spend a quiet family holiday. Its location has a supermarket a few meters away, numerous beaches and nearby coves. The village of Santa Eulalia at 1.2km.
