This new property built as an original ibizan finca is located in one of the most peaceful, relaxing and beautiful areas in the center of the island, the valley of Morna / Atzaró, with beautiful views of the valley.
It is completely fenced in and is divided into two distinct areas:
The main house, overlooking the pool, it is accessed by a large living room with satellite TV and spacious seating areas. The kitchen, with connection to the living room, is fully equipped and very modern. Across the hall there is a bedroom with two single beds, another bedroom with double bed and bathroom outside. Then we have the master bedroom - master suite with bath tub and shower en-suite.
There is a large outdoor porch with curtains, table for 10 to enjoy the views of the valley and pool. The large terrace around the pool is fenced.
At the end of it at a lower level there are 2 large, very modern and high quality apartments.
Each of these 2 apartments has:
An open kitchen with living and dining area separated by a glass wall, 1 bedroom with double bed and a sofa and 1 other double bedroom.
Both bedrooms share a large bathroom with tub and shower. There is also a exterior terrace with sitting area.
Villa Morna is the ideal for large groups with 3 independent units completely equipped with a common pool.

- Security deposit on the villa. 7 days prior to your arrival, we require credit card details to be used for any charges, this is authorised prior to your arrival at the home and refunded after your departure, if there is no damage.
- Any damage costs will be detailed and agreed before being charged. The amount held for this villa is 3000 Euros.
- In 2016 the Balearic Government introduced an Eco Tax of 2.20 Euros per person per night for anyone 16 and over. This will be calculated and charged with your final payment.
