This lovely house sits within 5000m of fenced off land.
It is 1.5 km from the centre of Santa Eulalia with numerous restaurants, cafes, bars & supermarkets. The marina is great to chill out.
This villa is very close to the beach of Niu Blau, only 750 metres, where you will find the Beach Club - Pura Vida - serving typical fish and paella.
It is perfect for families.
On the ground floor it has a large living room with sliding doors leading to the garden and pool area. On one side is the large kitchen, with exit to outside area for alfresco dining in the evenings.
On the other side of the house is a double bedroom with an outside bathroom with bath tub.
On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms, 3 with 2 single beds each and the the master bedroom with double bed, a small livingroom with sofa and table, a bathroom with shower ensuite and large terrace. Large bathroom with bath.
Outised there is a lovely Pool 10 x 5 m, with loungers parasols and BBQ Area.
