Minimalist house with amazing seaviews and only 200m via pathway to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, CalaLlenya.
The villa has a large living room with glass doors onto the terrace, pool and garden. It has a fully equipped kitchen which opens on to the living room.
There are 4 bedrooms a master bedroom with en suite bathroom with hydro massage bathtub and dressing area and a second bedroom with outdoor bathroom with hydro massage shower. Both have exit to the terrace and the pool.
On the top floor there is a large terrace with furniture and seaviews, another master bedroom with en suite hydro massage bathtub, shower & dressing room and a second bedroom with ensuite hydro massage shower.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.

- Security deposit on the villa. 7 days prior to your arrival, we require credit card details to be used for any charges, this is authorised prior to your arrival at the home and refunded after your departure, if there is no damage.
- Any damage costs will be detailed and agreed before being charged. The amount held for this villa is 1500 Euros.
- Ibiza have a local tax of Euro 2.20 per night for all visitors over 16 years. We will calculate and add to your final balance.
