This elegant and stylish Santa Eulalia house has amazing views of olive groves towards the pine clad slopes that border Santa Eulalia.
The villa has a lovely lawn with lush palms cacti and olive trees and is completely private.
Outside there is a beautuful covered terrace for al fresco dining, a chill-out gazebo and a spa tub.

From the terrace glass doors lead into an open plan living/dining room.
All three bedrooms are well appointed, two have ensuite facilities.The third bedroom has a separate cloakroom, perfect for children as it has 2 single beds.
Santa Eulalia, is barely 3km from the villa. A short ramble down a pathway leads to the seafront promenade alongside the beautiful family friendly sandy beach.
The town is home to a wonderful array of shops as well as an extensive choice of bars,restaurants and cafés.

- Security deposit on the villa. 7 days prior to your arrival, we require credit card details to be used for any charges, this is authorised prior to your arrival at the home and refunded after your departure, if there is no damage.

- In 2016 the Balearic Government introduced an Eco Tax of 2.20 Euros per person per night for anyone 16 and over. This will be calculated and charged with your final payment.
