This is a charming villa for 9-11 people, set in a prime location just minutes from Talamanca beach popular with the locals, Ibiza Town centre and Marina Botafoc Yachts & Restaurants
Can Valls has air conditioning, a private swimming pool and several terraces.
In the main part of the house there is a well furnished living/dining area, well equipped kitchen, TV room and three double bedrooms, one single bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is a separate bungalow with a living room, kitchen and double bedroom.
The property has air-conditioning fitted, air con is throughout the property, air/con typical usage is included in the rental price, excessive use of air-conditioning will be charged separately if required ie. keep doors and windows closed to work efficiently.

- Security deposit on the villa. 7 days prior to your arrival, we require credit card details to be used for any charges, this is authorised prior to your arrival at the home and refunded after your departure, if there is no damage.
- Any damage costs will be detailed and agreed before being charged. The amount held for this villa is 3000 Euros.
- In 2016 the Balearic Government introduced an Eco Tax of 2.20 Euros per person per night for anyone 16 and over. This will be calculated and charged with your final payment.
