This magnificent colonial style villa is located 3km from the picturesque village of San Rafael, just 10km from the city of Ibiza and 9 km from San Antonio. The villa has amazing views over the bay of San Antonio and sunsets.
The accommodation is divided into 2 levels :
Lower level there is a fully equipped kitchen, living-dining area with satellite TV, porch with dining area and BBQ and a laundry area.
An air conditioned hallway leading to 3 bedrooms. 2 Twin bedrooms and 1 double, with air conditioning , there is also a bathroom with bathtub.
Upper level you will find a fourth bedroom ( a double ) with air conditioning, bathroom, dressing room and private terrace.

- Security deposit on the villa. 7 days prior to your arrival, we require credit card details to be used for any charges, this is authorised prior to your arrival at the home and refunded after your departure, if there is no damage.
- Any damage costs will be detailed and agreed before being charged. The amount held for this villa is 1000 Euros.
- In 2016 the Balearic Government introduced an Eco Tax of 2.20 Euros per person per night for anyone 16 and over. This will be calculated and charged with your final payment.
