This traditional Ibiza house for up to 10 guests is located on top of a hill with wonderful views of the sea and Formentera Porroig
The villa consists of main house and a separate bungalow. The villa has 5 bedrooms (2 with en-suite bathrooms) and can sleep up to 10 people.
Main house : Has a large living / dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 double with air conditioning and 1 twin, 2 bathrooms also 2 sitting rooms ideal for children with TV and DVD.
Bungalow: Has a lounge with dining kitchen, bedroom with terrace and amazing views to Formentera and a bathroom with shower
There is a lovely swimming pool and outside shower.
This Villa has air - conditioning fitted in some of the bedrooms and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.
There is a separate building with laundry facilities.

- Security deposit on the villa. 7 days prior to your arrival, we require credit card details to be used for any charges, this is authorised prior to your arrival at the home and refunded after your departure, if there is no damage.
- Any damage costs will be detailed and agreed before being charged. The amount held for this villa is 1000 Euros.
- In 2016 the Balearic Government introduced an Eco Tax of 2.20 Euros per person per night for anyone 16 and over. This will be calculated and charged with your final payment.
