This fabulous 4-storey villa has 6 en suite bedrooms and has amazing views and enjoys the best sunsets.
It is only 380m to Cala Salada and 20 minutes to Ibiza. The villa has 2 swimming pools with outdoor Jacuzzi.
On the 1st floor there is a swimming pool, small living room with TV and 2 ensuite bedrooms.
The 2nd floor has a small living room with TV and 2 ensuite bedroom suite.
The 3rd floor has a living room, kitchen, patio, pool, BBQ terrace, 2 toilets.
The 4th floor has 2 ensuite bedrooms.
The house has a sound system integrated in every room with individual connection.
Set in the private gardens there is outdoor furniture including loungers, parasols, gazebos.
Daily housekeeper 4 hours except Sundays.
Note: Mobile coverage is low and in many areas there isn’t at all.

- Security deposit on the villa. 7 days prior to your arrival, we require credit card details to be used for any charges, this is authorised prior to your arrival at the home and refunded after your departure, if there is no damage.
- Any damage costs will be detailed and agreed before being charged. The amount held for this villa is 5000 Euros.
- In 2016 the Balearic Government introduced an Eco Tax of 2.20 Euros per person per night for anyone 16 and over. This will be calculated and charged with your final payment.
